Cloud2 have a great team of people, based on core staff in commercial and technical roles, plus associates and other external support for non-core functions (such as PR).
We are a little different from most technology companies:
Our founding directors do not have technical backgrounds yet are passionate about delivering rapid, user friendly business solutions into our NHS clients. They think like customers, not technical people and think technology should be the servant not the master.
Our Technical Team consist of former Microsoft MVPs (Most Valuable Professional), Premier Support engineers from Microsoft as well as proven developers, administrators and trainers. Recruiting these great people is a challenge – our standards are high and we look for people with a rare blend of technical expertise, NHS knowledge and good interpersonal skills.
Our associates are selected with the same care as our staff. Mostly they work part time or on an ad hoc basis so that we can flex with the demands of the market and our clients, but they are still aprt of the family. Many of our associates run their own companies too, but they are so good we drag them away from that to help us do what we do.
