Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust has taken the strategic decision to implement a new Hadron 8020 intranet to improve communication, collaboration and corporate governance and to provide a platform to support the Trust’s strategic objectives.
Cloud2 are implementing the latest Hadron 8020 intranet together with a Governance Pack which enables trusts to easily track audit KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) monitor summary dashboards and automate the management of evidence to support CQC, NHSLA, IG Toolkit and Board Assurance.
Commenting on the decision, Nicola Brown, Head of Communications for Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust said,
“Cloud2 was able to offer a solution for many of the problems we had been having with the functionality of our previous intranet, as well as being able to work within our very tight timelines for relaunch. They listened and were able to provide constructive suggestions to improve on our online service for staff”
Responding Taran Sohal, Director at cloud2 commented that,
“We are delighted that the trust has invested in Hadron Prime to audit their existing intranet, Hadron 8020 (2012 release) complete with its new innovative design features and Hadron Embed to ensure successful end user adoption. This holistic approach to a SharePoint intranet will speed up delivery of expected organisational benefits”
